Last week I ordered a take out of tiramisu from Olive Garden. Being an Italian restaurant I thought to myself, they should have very delicious tiramisu. Not so. The tiramisu was a very small portion. I could not taste the mascarpone cheese as this desert tasted like whipping cream. The cake(s) didn't have a generous dip in the espresso and rum as they were very dry. Disappointing this restaurant could not get it right.
This week I ordered a takeout of tiramisu from Ruby Tuesday. The portion size was generous. The lady fingers dipped in their traditional bath, the flavors so stimulating to my mouth. The mascarpone flavor so creamy and profound. Topped with chocolate shavings. So satisfying, I took a picture to share with the rest of the world. Enjoy!
